Would you like to order a rug from Volero? There are several ways to do it. Our webshop is available day and night for placing orders. Put the products you want in the shopping cart, fill in all the details you need and select your preferred payment method. Once you’ve completed the order, you’ll receive the confirmation by email within moments.

Would you rather place your order by phone? Then look up the product or products in our webshop so you can pass them on to us over the phone. Because we want to protect your privacy, payment is settled through Riverty (formerly AfterPay). After you receive your order you’ll get the invoice by email and you can make the payment.

Are you in one of our showrooms? Then our colleagues will place the order in the system for you. You pay directly by card or in cash.

Volero welcomes Belgium

In Belgium you order from Volero with the same ease as in the Netherlands. You benefit from the same shipping costs, delivery times and return conditions. Paying is safe and simple with all the trusted methods, including Bancontact. After your order you’ll receive a confirmation by email straight away, and we’ll take care of a quick delivery to your home.

Placing an order at Volero is simple and secure:

  1. Browse our online collection and add your favorite items to your shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and select one of our trusted payment methods: Debit Card, PayPal, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), Paypal, American Express or Klarna.
  3. Complete your order and we’ll take care of the rest!

Please note: For security reasons, we’re unable to process orders by phone. All purchases must be made through our online store.

You can enter discount codes in the bottom left corner of your shopping cart. By clicking on 'apply', the discount will be processed immediately, and you'll see the adjusted amount. You can use a maximum of one discount code per order.

No problem! We kindly ask you to contact our customer service, with the discount code in hand. Our colleagues will be able to apply the discount retroactively for you.

Oh no! If you haven’t received an order confirmation, it may have landed in your spam or junk folder. Can’t find it there either? No worries, our customer service team is happy to help.

At Volero, we offer you the option to pay immediately, later, or in installments. You can do this easily and securely with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express, Apple and Google Pay or Klarna.

With Klarna you can choose to pay later. As soon as your order is shipped, Klarna will send you an invoice with a due date (usually 14 days). Want to split the payment? Klarna also offers flexible installment options.

Shipping is free on orders above our free-shipping threshold, which is €89 in most countries.

Below that amount a shipping fee applies, which depends on your delivery country. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes, if you paid for shipping when placing your order and later return the order, we will refund the original shipping costs.

Please note: this only applies to the initial delivery costs from our warehouse to you. Return shipping costs are not covered.

In most cases, yes! If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we can adjust the delivery date for you and many products can even be delivered on Saturdays.

Simply add your selected items to the shopping cart, enter all required details, and choose “Business Customer” as your customer type. Additional fields will appear – just fill those in to complete your business profile.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an invoice by email that you can use for your records.
